Super Chocolate Sorbet
Ingredients
1/2 c Water
2 oz Semisweet chocolate; 2 sq.
1/3 c Light corn syrup
2 tb Coffee-flavored liqueur
1 c Low-fat (1%) milk; at room temperature
Method
Heat water, chocolate, corn syrup and liqueur in medium saucepan over low heat until chocolate is melted. Stir in milk.
Immediately transfer to ice-cream maker and freeze according to manufacturer's directions.
Total prep time: 10 minutes plus freezing. |
